Hello everyone! Spring is here and there are so many memories I want to scrapbook about from this season! One of those I just got done using the Simple Vintage Berry Fields collection. This paper set has a lot of strawberries in it, but you can use it to scrap a lot more than just strawberry picking!
For my layout I chose yellow and teal colors from the collection, which seemed to go well with the colors in my photos. The story I was trying to tell here has nothing to do with strawberries, but it didn't stop me from using the florals and berries from the Sticker Book for this Spring layout.
Using a row of photos is one of my go-to designs. By placing photos slightly tilted and overlapping each other, it creates a movement on a page. Such placement of photos created gaps that easily get filled with ephemera. I added florals and other decorating elements around the photos, which tied them together and created a more pleasant and unified look. Also, I added an additional embellishment cluster in the bottom left corner, and to tie it to the rest of the layout I made sure to add one of those flowers here as well.
Hope you were inspired to grab your supplies and record one of your favorite Spring stories!
