Hey friends! Welcome back to the blog — I’m so excited to share a sweet little mini album I made using the gorgeous Tea Garden collection.
This project is a 4x6 accordion-style mini album, and it was such a joy to create! I added two wraparound tabs to help hold the accordion in place and give it a fun, interactive detail. I also machine stitched the front cover and binding to add extra texture — one of my favorite go-to techniques.
Inside, you'll find five interactive pages, each full of pockets, layers, and spring-inspired embellishments. I even added a pocket to the inside front cover to tuck in some tags and extra goodies, finished off with foam stickers, enamel dots, and a journaling block to kick things off.
Here’s a peek at what’s inside:
- Page 1: A journaling block to set the tone for the album, followed by a sweet photo of my youngest with popped-up embellishments.
- Page 2: A fun Easter photo of the kids, layered with florals, die-cuts, and an adhesive brad for a dimensional finish.
- Page 3: A “Life is Good” cut-apart surrounded by fluttering butterflies, with a photo and sticker cluster on the back.
- Page 4: A 3x4 photo layered with bits & pieces, and on the flip side, a larger 3.5x5 photo accented with tags and floral details.
- Page 5: A playful 3x4 cut-apart with a photo on one side and the phrase Don’t Worry, Be Hoppy on the back — plus the cutest little frog with enamel dot cheeks!
To finish it all off, the back inside cover includes more tags, a 3x4 photo, foam embellishments, enamel dots, and a cheerful “Be Happy” sticker to send you off with a smile.
This little album is packed with texture, color, and springtime joy — I hope it gives you some fun new ideas to document your own seasonal memories!
Thanks for stopping by — see you next time on the blog!
