Summer always seems to fly by far too quickly, leaving us scrambling to capture every sunny moment before the season shifts. Wanting to hold onto those sweet, everyday summer memories, I turned to the Sweet Summertime collection. It’s packed with charming bits and pieces that instantly bring stories to life, and selecting a few favorite elements gave me the perfect starting point for my designs.
I ended up creating two small page spreads to celebrate these special moments. The first layout captures a sweet strawberry-picking memory. I particularly adore the little chipboard frames in this collection. I used one of them to feature a tiny photo that complements the story, and it fits seamlessly into the overall layout.
The second layout is about a fun memory of the tiny quails our kids took care of all summer long. On the left side, I paired a larger focal photo with plenty of decorative accents. The right side features a title cluster and a second photo wrapped in journaling. I’m so happy to have both of these simple layouts finished and tucked safely into my summer memory album!
