Greetings to my creative friends! It's Jen here sharing with you a layout using the bright and oh so cheerful Summer Lovin' collection. I had fun creating this layout using several different cardstock stickers (most that included text or phrases). I like how the bold stripes along the bottom of the page help to anchor the page and provided a nice starting off point for my page design.
To create this layout I first found some fun photos from a summer past and printed four of them out in 2x3". I adhered them along the center of my page slightly above the colorful stripes on my patterned paper.
Above my photos I had fun selecting stickers to use for my title work. I chose letter stickers to write out "You and I" and then a couple other stickers from the sticker book that I felt fit my theme.
My journaling went right above my stickers. I added a chipboard sun and another cardstock sticker centered above my title work. Lately I've been having fun playing with designs that are a bit centered I've noticed! Do you go through phases where you find yourself trying new things on a page?
Continuing on with my "centered" theme I added a foam sticker, another phrase sticker from my sticker book and a cardstock sticker centered and below my photos.
This was a fun layout to put together! A bit different design-wise but still simple and fun.
