Hi everyone! Mehna here from @artbymehna. I’m so excited to show my project featuring the new Simple Stories Sunkissed Collection!
This is going to be a very special summer so I wanted to create a super fun and colorful mini album to highlight all of my 2021 summer photos!
For the cover page I created shakers using some Simple Stories Colorvibe cardstock paper. Doesn't the lemon shape give the cover that perfect summer vibe! I also added some mini floral elements to give the cover a fun and happy added touch.
For my pages I added layer after layer using Colorvibe cardstock shades and patterns and florals from the Sunkissed collection papers! The combination is just adorable!
Here I use a 2x2 card to divide the layers. I love every card and tag included in this collection! Everything coordinates perfectly!
The floral patterns in this collection are my favorite and I've added them to each mini layout to give my pages added depth, color and fun!
For my next page I created a pocket from one of the 3x4 cards to hold more beautiful tags and memorable pictures. I just love these this flamingo icons! They are so fantastic and add a really fun green and pink color combination to my page!!
On this next page I used the Simple Stories 3x3 photo crops to create mats to layer some of my sunny summer photos! I've added lots of the cute & sweet bits and pieces from the collection around the photo mats.
By adding layer after colorful layer and a border of dashes on each of my photo mats I really make my photos pop!
I really enjoyed creating with the Sunkissed collection and hope that you've been inspired to create your own beautiful mini book for all of your sweet summer memories!
