Hello friends, it’s @vickiscraps here today to share a layout that I have made using the super fun Summer Snapshots collection. This layout is very 3D and I think it would look great in a box frame on my craft room wall!
I started by cutting strips of the colourful stripey paper from the 6x8 paper pad. Each strip was approximately the same width as each of the colour bands to make squares when I folded it to make a concertina.
I cut 6 strips in total and placed them on my page a little offset from each other and added glue where each fold touched the page. I had to leave this for a little while to dry before doing anything else.
There are lots of cute embellishments in this collection, so I started to adhere them to the sections along with my photos.
I used an embellishment on all of the sections so that they were all ‘standing up’.
Finally, I used the chipboard word ‘Summer’ to create my title across the top.
I really hope you enjoyed learning how my layout came together, I really had fun making it. See you next time, Vicki x

Wow, this looks wonderful! Love the dimension and the use of the striped paper.
