Oh, What Fun
Hey there, my lovely Simple Stories friends! It's Yvette here, and I'm thrilled to share my latest layout with you using the stunning Boho Christmas collection. Oh, my goodness, this collection is absolutely amazing! It's so soft and beautiful that you're going to fall in love with it!
For my project, I used the reverse side of the Mistletoe Wishes paper. This side of the paper has a lovely light pink hue with outlines of Christmas trees and dots. I used this paper to create a heart, which I then enhanced by adding machine stitching around the edges. Additionally, I distressed the border to give it a more rustic feel. To complete the design, I cut out some tags from the Tag Elements paper, placing them under the heart so that only the top section of the tags was visible, which framed the heart nicely.
I combined a few fussy-cut gifts from the Better Not Pout pattern paper with chipboard stickers, cardstock stickers, and some ephemera bits and pieces to embellish my layout. This collection has the most beautiful die-cut poinsettias and adorable snowmen, which made it so easy to add lots of layers and create a super festive look!
I used one of the papers from the 6x8 paper pad to back my photo and placed it on the left side of the heart.
