Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here and Summer is my favorite season ever! I love the warm sunshine, long days by the pool and fun memories with my family. The new Retro Summer collection is stunning and is perfect to document all of those special times. The color palette is super cute and there are so many fun elements to it. Here's my page!
I really liked the stencil from this collection and made sure to use it on my page. I taped it to a piece of thick white cardstock and added some yellow shimmer sprays to it. It created a fun sunburst at the top of my page and I thought it would be perfect to add the B side of the 4x6 Elements paper that looked like water right under it. So cute!

I decided to put my photo and most of the embellishments on the patterned paper, so I built my photo cluster using one of the Chipboard Frames and adhered it towards the right of my layout. I popped it up on foam tape and added/layered everything around it. I used some of the Bits + Pieces, Journal Bits + Pieces, Foam Stickers and Chipboard Stickers. The photo is of me and two of my three dogs sitting in our pool (one of our favorite places to be!)
For my title, I chose a phrase from the Foam Sticker sheet and adhered it to the left of my photo. The font is so cute and the pops of color on top of the patterned paper really make it stand out even more. I even added a small embellishment cluster to the left of it to add some extra interest to that side of my design.
I really enjoyed going through all of the embellishments and stickers in this collection. There are so many cute pieces and I wanted to add them all to my layout. I had a hard time choosing which ones to use!
Here's one more shot of this colorful Summer themed page. I love all of the layers and all of the colors. It's so fun to work with and I can't wait to create another page using it!
