I am a person who loves Christmas and all the meaning that this date brings us.
For me, Christmas could be a year-round date. I can't wait to decorate the house, think about gifts, make cookies with my son...
I like working with layers of paper and tearing the edges. I think it goes very well with the "Simple Vintage" collections. For this project I brought all that vintage style that the collection reminds me of.
I chose to start with the background, I used the "Cranberry | Sage" paper you find in the "Basic Kit" of the collection. The nice thing about these basic papers is that you can highlight all the elements, without leaving the color combination.

Have you seen the "Simple Vintage Rustic Christmas - Banner Stickers"? I think it's so beautiful. I used it on the sides of my layout photos, creating a mix with Bits & Pieces, Chipboard Frames, Chipboard...
To finish the project, I added some details with Decorative Brads, Foam Stickers, and a super splash with white acrylic paint. I love that effect with the Simple Vintage collections. Makes the work more rustic and delicate at the same time.
