Good morning everyone! Anya is here today and I am so excited to share my first batch of Christmas cards I created for upcoming holidays! For this pile of cards I used the gorgeous Simple Vintage Rustic Christmas line. After seeing this collection in person, I simply fell in love with a few specific patterned papers and that green/red color combination!
When I am making a number of cards at once, I like to have something in common between them. For these cards I used same set of papers and a similar design. I started each card by creating a few layers of papers and then decorated the top panel with popped up stickers and Ephemera pieces. I also used a bunch of fussy cut green poinsettia flowers here; and my favorite touch on any card is an addition of a brad.
To finish each card, I covered the back panels with one of the red patterned paper pieces and added a cute book plate from the Sticker Book. I love how such a simple finishing touch makes a big difference on any card! Here are a few more card examples for your inspiration:
