Hello, it’s Emma, today I’d like to share with you how I’ve used the Simple Stories North Pole collection.
Do you document December?, I’ll be honest with you, every year I say I’m going to, but then life gets in the way, and I don’t complete it! This year I’m going to try again...wish me luck!
I’ve chosen to use the 6x8 Robins Egg Sn@p! Binder, it works beautifully with the colours in the North Pole collection! I used the glorious St Nicholas 12x12 sheet from the collection kit to cover the front of the binder.
For day 1 and 2 I’ve used pocket pages with a 4x6 card at the bottom and space for 3x4 cards at the top. The way I’ve designed these pages I can add a photo or journaling on the 4x6 cards.
For day 3 and 4 I’ve cut out the numbers from the Sn@p! Cards using the Sn@p! Circle Crops, and then layered them up with a larger circle in patterned paper, again using the circle crops.
Day 5 I’ve used one of the frame stickers from the 12x12 Basics kit. I placed the number so it peeped through the frame and cut to size. I enjoy mixing up the ways I use the numbers, there’s so many fun ways that you can use them, don’t ever be afraid to cut into the cards to make them work for you.
Day 6 is a fun one! I’ve used one of the chipboard frames on a full 6x8 page. The number of the day is in the top aperture and then room to pop a photo in the bottom aperture.
So there we have the beginnings of my December Daily!
Wishing you all a wonderful Holiday season!
I’ll be back with you in the New Year.
