Hello Simple Stories friends, it’s Becki here to share a scrapbook page with you that I created with the brand new Noteworthy collection! This collection will ship to retailers this month. This collection is not only perfect for month-to-month scrapbooking, but also it's great for creating layouts with everyday moments, like going to the movies!
I created a single 12x12 layout about a recent trip with my husband and daughter to the movies. I decided that I wanted to scrapbook a selfie that I took on our way into the movies and a screenshot of the movie poster.
The patterned papers in this collection are so good! I LOVE the bold colors and patterns on the back of each patterned paper in the collection. There were so many patterned papers that I loved that I added several of them on the background on this layout! I used my sewing machine and white thread to stitch a few of the layers together. Stitching is a great way to not only add texture but it's a great way to adhere papers together.
My two favorite embellishments in this collection are the Floral Bits & Pieces and the foam stickers. I used both of them on this layout. It’s so easy to create a fun colorful title with foam stickers. I used the Floral Bits & Pieces to create embellishment clusters around the photos and to the left of the title.
