Hi, I’m Sue!
Since I was a child, I’ve had a deep love for all things creative. I’ve always been a collector, a documenter, and a memory keeper at heart. After the birth of my first son, I discovered scrapbooking—and instantly fell in love. What started as a fun and addictive hobby quickly grew into a lifelong passion that shaped my career.
Today, I’m proud to serve as the Project Coordinator & Creative Design Assistant at Simple Stories, where I’ve been part of the family since 2006—and I’ve truly LOVED every single day! Over the years, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to travel and teach across the U.S. and Canada, sharing my love for storytelling and creativity.
When I’m not crafting, you’ll usually find me painting, decorating, scrapbooking (of course!), or camping with my family. I live in North Ogden, Utah with my high school sweetheart, Ty, our daughter Katelyn, and our two very loved fur babies. Nearby are my sons Nathan and Jacob, my wonderful daughters-in-law Linden and Shelby, and my adorable grandkids—Wyatt, Wayne, and sweet Emma Rose. And I can’t forget my soon-to-be son-in-law, Tucker!
