Hi beautiful Simple Stories friends, Cristina here today to show you my newest project using the amazing Say cheese main street new collection. It is a very lovely collection because it is full of many very versatile and cute decorative
elements both to remember a day at the playground, if disneyland even better, and an occasion where you had a lot of fun as in my case. When I started leafing through the patterned papers and getting lost in the midst of all these wonderful decorations, I had heart-shaped eyes. The colors are not what I usually use but I have to say they are very well matched and I enjoyed playing outside my comfort zone so much.
I really appreciated the 12x12 basics kit and the papers dots I’m totally addicted for. The pink one is obviously my favorite and I chose to add to the striped patterned one from the 12x12 collection kit because they perfectly matched together.
I chose the 4x6 elements patterned sheet using the back side with those lovely stripes and the blush dots in a pretty cute pink shade. I cut the polka dot sheet smaller than the stripe one and glued it on top, then I cut a strip and cut one edge with a filmstrip shaped punch.
I glued some patterned paper pieces under the photo making a layer and finished it all with a chipboard frame using the foam double tape adhesive. Then I started to make my composition using all the amazing embellishments as chipboard, puffy and foam stickers, die-cuts, ephemera, adhesive brads, and enamel dots.
I totally love how it turned out and I think this collection is the perfect choice to keep memory of the moment the pic is by. The designs and decorations are so pretty and the colors perfectly matched together, this little pink van is sooo cute!!!! I adore it!
I hope you like it as much as I do, so I hope you can get inspiration from it, thanks a lot for stopping by and see you next time.
