Hey friends! Brianna here today and I'm so incredibly 'happy' to share a new layout using the new Say Cheese Happiest Place collection. We absolutely LOVE everything Disney and my daughter is obsessed with everything Mickey and Minnie. We went to Disneyland several times last Fall and I got some really cute photos of my girl with the castle in the background. It was the perfect photo for this collection and without further ado, here's this sweet page:

I really wanted to have a lot of patterned papers on this page because there are so many good ones! To start, I selected the Main Street 12x12 paper from the Basics Kit for my base. I loved the pink polka dots on the red background. There's red in my daughter's pants and I felt like it helped tie in the photo even more. I then chose the B side of the 3x4 Elements 12x12 paper along with the Having a Blast 12x12 paper and trimmed them down a 10x11. I layered them underneath a piece of Warm White Color Vibe cardstock and then adhered all of my paper layers to my base. I think they look so fun and playful, just like this page.

Next, I matted my photo using several 6x8 papers and adhered it towards the bottom right corner. My daughter is looking to the right in the photo, so I wanted to make sure that I kept that in mind while building the rest of the page. I then built a large embellishment cluster using an envelope and a little receipt journaling piece from the Journal Bits and Pieces pack. I included a few Chipboard pieces and made sure to add in a few of the Mickey and Minnie die cuts from the Bits and Pieces pack as well. I selected the ones that were looking towards her, and it looks as if they're playing with each other. I love it!

I chose my title from the Foam Stickers sheet and adhered it to the white space portion of my photo. It really pops and I love the font. I built a cluster towards the top of my title by including some fun little tickets, florals and a little fireworks piece. I also adhered that cute Mickey foam sticker towards the bottom of the photo and I love that it looks like he's "popping" in to say hi to my girl!

I started to add in a few smaller embellishments by pulling in a few stars from the Cardstock Stickers-Basics sheet as well as some Decorative Brads. For some finishing touches, I sprinkled in some Enamel Dots, added in some faux stitching around the Warm White cardstock and then splattered on some black ink around the layout.

Here's one last look at this happy, go lucky page!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! This collection is so fun and can work with so many different memories that you're wanting to document. I'll see you in my next post, friends! x, Brianna
