Hello everyone! How are you? I am excited to share one of my latest projects with the fabulous Life Captured collection from Simple Stories!
When I play with these products I love going through the bits & pieces, chipboard stickers, papers - my imagination flies away. So, I have thought about making a year in review album to put together random stories of each month. I know it’s a new project to work on and to complete but I am confident that I’ll do it. This collection mixes soft and bright colors and I love the contrast.
Let me show you what I created this time!
I had fun cutting many paper rosettes to decorate my album cover simple and beautiful!
In love with this album binder!
Then I started thinking about how I would go through this album in the future, and I realized I should do sort of an introduction and maybe I’ll add a title page for each month.
For each month I have thought about two or three pages but I think I’ll add more … I have left the clipboard die cut empty to think about what I want to write down. In my albums I usually write a lot, I feel so happy to remember the moments and preserve them to can read these pages every time I want.
Just black and white 7,5x10 cm photos, foam stickers and journaling cards.
Here another spread from the January stories. I play with the inside - out of the page protectors, mixing them in different sizes.
February stories. The beauty of this collection is that you don’t need to insert a lot of elements to have meaningful pages. Just few things in their own space.
What I love most is to play with papers and embellishments creating different compositions. Not a lot of supplies but the right quantity to have clean and simple pages.
Hope you will be inspired to create and have fun telling your stories!
Love, Lory
