Hey there everyone! How are you? It’s August already! I can’t believe that more than half of this Summer has flown away! Argh! I’m spending time on vacation, and I am happy today to share a new mini album about some beautiful moments of Nicolo’s second bday. It was during covid but we celebrated him anyways!
So let me show you the album, I am so excited to share it with you all and I hope it will inspire you to keep and preserve your memories.
I used a 4x6 flip book, I couldn’t wait to see how it would turn out! It’s simply lovely! I added some 3x4 page protectors and photo flips to give dimension. As you know every album I start has an introduction and this time I created it with a chipboard frame, a photo, journaling and some details. Everything is from the Say cheese collection. Adorable!
For the cover of my album I added some ribbons, a mickey mouse die cut from the bits and pieces and a little phrase sticker from the stickers book.
I love to play with the inside and out of the page protectors, using them like a background.
For the next pages I mixed phrase stickers and many little embellishments. A 4x3 page protector is perfect to add little photos.
The theme of this day party was Mickey Mouse so this collection fits the theme perfectly.
Again, chipboard frame and 3x4 photo mixed to 4x6 size.
For this page I cut different sites of circles from the 12x12 and 6x8 patterned papers.
What I can say is that I had a lot of fun playing with papers and thinking outside the box, using the materials in different ways.
Hope this mini album inspires you to give a home to your beautiful memories.
Love, Lory
