Hey friends! Brianna here today and I still can't believe we are celebrating 2026! Time sure flies when you're having fun! And speaking of having fun... I really enjoyed creating this layout that I'm about to share with y'all today. I used the Take Note collection and whenever I see a collection with soft pink, navy blue, florals AND polka dots... I'm so inspired to create this fun combo! Here's my page:

This collection has so many fun elements to it and would be perfect for everyday memories along with documenting the start of your year, adding to your planners and journals/notebooks... basically, all of the things!! The photo I chose is of me and my middle son on our way down to spend the evening by ourselves at Disneyland. We had a BLAST and it was nice to spend one on one time with him. The lighting wasn't the best, so I opted to turn the photo black and white and I love how it pops in the center of the page.
To start, I chose a piece of Color Vibe Warm White cardstock as my base and trimmed it down to an 11x11. I matted it with the Make It Count paper and I love the pop of black peeking behind it. Also, who doesn't love a polka dot pattern?! I also trimmed out two strips from both the Happy Days Ahead and My Favorite Things 12x12 papers and adhered them in the center of my page.

When I originally went through the 12x12 papers, I saw the Choose To Soar paper and knew that I wanted to fussy cut a lot of the butterflies out of it. So that's what I did. I put on my favorite show and cut away. Do you enjoy fussy cutting? I love it! I set them all aside and then matted my photo with that same black and white polka dot paper, this time from the 6x8 Paper Pad. This collection has an Office Ephemera pack and it's amazing!! I chose a few of them and layered them behind my photo. After I centered and adhered the photo down, I took my fussy cut butterflies and arranged them around my photo. I added glue to their centers and pulled their wings up for some dimension. I love how it turned out!

Next, I selected my title from the Foam Sticker sheet and placed it right on top of my photo. I also pulled in some foam hearts and a few of the cute squiggly arrows and arranged those around the page as well.

I then went through the Bits and Pieces and Journal Bits packs and chose a few pieces from each. I also pulled in some smaller elements from the Chipboard Sticker sheet. I love all of the layers on this page and I also love how my photo looks like it's stacked on a bunch of little file folders.

For some finishing touches, I sprinkled in a few Decorative Brads and also a few small text stickers from the Cardstock Sticker sheet. Here's one last look:

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! I'll see you in my next post, friends!
x, Brianna
