Hello friends! I am so happy to see you here! And I am also very happy to be sharing a layout created with the STUNNING re-released collection LEMON TWIST!
If you are like the many who never managed to get their hands on this beauty the first-time round, I am sure your dreams have now come true with it being made available once more.
I love the mix of yellow, teal and black. It is so fresh and zesty and make me want to scrapbook my summer photographs all the while sipping on a lemonade. As the weather hasn’t yet been the hottest lately to take some nice pics, I decided to re-visit last year’s summer photographs and oh what a match made in heaven!
I focused on the papers for this layout, creating a lot of focus and drama by making several rosettes placed on top of each other's. This type of layout definitely isn’t for your albums, but they are great to place in a shadowbox frame. This is a great way to have some of your work displayed or to give as a gift.
Once all the rosettes were made, all the layout needed was a few Bits and Pieces, brads as well as a tittle created with the foam stickers.
The flurry of butterflies is truly what made this layout come to life. It added just enough drama without being overpowering. How love how delicate they are!
