Hello everyone!
It’s Mik here from Papermiks on the blog today sharing a new flipbook inspiration.
The Safe Travels collection from Simple Stories made me relive good times and also made sure that soon we will be able to travel, filling this beautiful album with photos. Making the travel list, writing down the attractions and sights, packing up and going on an incredible trip, that's what I want and for that I will have my photo album ready.
Come with me and I'll show you how to make it and leave it ready to just add the photos.
I started using a piece of the “Here we go” paper and glued it at left side of my 6x8 Navy Flipbook. Then I used a washitape to give a special touch to my background. I also used a frame from chipboard frames, chipboards from 6x12, journal bits, bits&pieces, tags, brads, puffy stickers and foam stickers to embellish my cover.
I removed two pockets from the first page.
I like the interaction between the pages, then I do the first pages smaller so they can interact.
For the second page I used a frame and I décor using a tag, diecuts and foam sticker.
Here I’ll write my “Travel bucket list”.
You can find the same on “Journal elements” paper.
Pockets to adding more photos are always a good option, right? So, I made this one and added some tags.
Another way to make an interactive page is to add photo flip pockets.
It's super easy and fun to make.
I had a lot of fun creating this album. The Safe Travel collection is a super fun collection. I'm sure that will help you to document your travel photos in a happy and easy way.
I hope you’ve got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it!
Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
