Hello everyone!! Hope y’all are doing great. It’s Samee here with a whole new project made from the gorgeous Into the Wild collection. This theme took me on a mini trip to the jungle, with all the wild animals, trees and everything. I’m calling this project as Jungle Memory Dex album into which I’ve kept several memory dex cards.
I used Silhouette’s Cameo to cut all the cards. A normal memory dex template has every card on a same shape or structure, but I used different shapes here in order to give it a fussy look.
I used a chipboard frame to create a frame card and used journal bits for layering the other two cards then embellished using cardstock stickers.
This card is the most favourite part of this whole album. I’ve used a twine to hang these beautiful decorative brads. The other two small cards shown in the image are pockets into which journaling cards can be kept.
These two little cuties are mini envelope cards which are perfect to hold pictures. I’ve embellished these cards using ephemeras and puffy stickers.
The tags and scalloped circle which are used as borders are trimmed using cutting dies. I used acetate sheet behind them to give them a fuller structure. Once this is done, I’ve embellished them with stickers from sticker book, chipboard stickers and some foam stickers.
The last card was made from a cut file and it was pasted over an acetate sheet. I needed a little more touch in this card for which my little elephant friend helped me. I couldn’t keep my eyes out of her. She looks so beautiful.
I really enjoyed the entire making of this album and this is the first time trying my hands on memory dex cards. Hope you had fun too. Have a look on this beautiful collection and all those cute cute animals. Have a great day!
