Hello crafty friends! I am so happy to be back on the blog today sharing with you all, my latest batch of handmade cards! This time around I got to design with the totally tropical “Just Beachy” collection. With all of its stunning colors, icons and embellishments, I had a hard time stopping at the 10 cards I was able to create with this amazing collection!
Let’s take a closer look at each of the cards!
This collection is swimming with cute ocean and beach themed products and as you can see, I added a few of my favorite ocean critters along the bottom portion of this card. They are so cute!
This collection also includes some really cute travel themed products as well! The bright, happy colors make me want to book a tropical trip ASAP!
More travel goodness with this card! The suitcase here on the center of the card, was fussy cut from the 6x8 paper pad and then added to the card front. It was very fun to layer up this card with my favorite foam stickers and chipboard stickers,
The Big Bits and Pieces embellishments are great for cards! The cute large flamingo on the left side of the card makes for a fun focal point on this card that really is “so fun”!
Another large die cut from the Big Bits and Pieces takes center stage here! I always wanted one of these Beachy vans when I was younger! It was a lot of fun layering up this van with stickers, buttons and some pretty ribbon.
This 5x7 card packs a lot of punch with the entire die cut circles being layered up with various embellishments from the collection! How cute is that whale? The pretty tropical florals are beautifully represented here with the 3 palm tree leaves tucked here and there on this card.
I created 2 shaker cards with this collection. The Chipboard frames are a wonderful way to include this kind of card! I layered up the front of the frame with lots of ephemera, stickers and a few paper flowers with enamel dot centers, and buttons. So cute!
This fun fold card was a fun way to include this row of beach bungalows from the Big Bits and Pieces. This is a bridge fold card and I loved the way that the cute “Beach Vibes” water and Beachy sandpaper adds the perfect sandy touch to this cards background.
My last card is also another fun fold. It is a faux step card and is so simple to put together! I took one of the cards from the 2x2 /4x4 Element Paper and added it to the center of the card base. I then layered up this card front with chipboard, stickers and one more paper flower from my stash. Two pretty tags add a fun finishing touch to this card and are located on the top edge.
These cards were so fun to put together and I loved getting plunged into creativity when making these cards! The Beachy vibes of these cards make them perfect to give to someone who loves the beach or anything tropical. Thank you so much for stopping by today and checking out my cards! I appreciate it!
