Hello Simple Stories friends, it’s Becki here to share a scrapbook page with you that I created with the Holiday Life collection! This collection is stunning and perfect for all of your holiday scrapbooking!
I started with the green dot patterned paper as the background. The Holiday Life collection is filled with the most beautiful tones of red and green. I layered a piece of plaid patterned paper and red patterned paper along the mid section of the page.
The chipboard frames are one of my favorite Simple Stories products! They are perfect for so many things. I chose to use them to frame my photos. I had two 3” x 4” photos printed and ready to go on this layout. They’re photos of us putting up our Christmas tree in 2021. With my photos in the frame, the main element of my page was done!
Another favorite product of mine is the foam stickers. I used the “jolly” sticker as the title on this layout. I added some foam adhesive on the back to make the title layer on top of the chipboard frame.
Above the photo, I added a couple of tags. Don’t you just love the tag patterned paper? I include tags on nearly every project I create!
I also added a layered sticker to the top left of the page. Layered stickers are so fun because they already have the dimension. All you have to do is add the sticker to the page. To finish embellishing the page, I tucked in a few die cuts, added some stickers and adhesive brads.
Last but not least, I added journaling to the left of the title. I printed my journaling at home on white paper and adhered the strips to the background.
