Hi crafters! It’s so good to be back! Are you feeling inspire to create something special for Valentine´s Day… Time to start preparing a surprise for our love YAY! I’m Celes from GuiadeManualidades.com and today we are going to discover and create with “Sweet Talk” collection.

The most romantic day of the year is coming. This time I want to create a simple and fun mini album to give as a gift to the love of my life. I don’t want to make something complicated and I want to be sure that he is going to complete it (adding photos and memories).

With that in mind, I decided to make a tag mini album. It's a classic idea but to make it more fun and original I will use different designs. My basic structure will be: classic tags, banners, hearts and some of the die cuts. Let’s get started!

Structure:

My tag mini album will be a small one. Depending on the size of your tags is the paper pad you can use. You can even make a big mini album (with big tags). My tags are around 3 1/2” w x 4 1/2” h.

I decided to cut them with my electronic cutting machine. But it’s possible to make them by hand, using some dies you already have or using pre-cut tags.

I cut 8 base tags in white cardstock and 16 tags in design paper (these are a bit smaller that the base tags). For these tags I added sewing details all around every piece of paper.

Cover:

Time to make this sweet cover! The center piece of my design is a small envelope ( I used a die for a die cutting machine) I added chipboard and foam stickers as well as pink thread and one die cuts from de Bits & Pieces Pack. I wanted a happy and an inspiring cover ;)

For the interior:

Time to decorate our mini album! Use all you have to decorate… die cuts, foam and puffy stickers, chipboards, washi tapes, adhesive brads. Besides, you can make small and special structures if you like. You will see I even prepared a small envelope for one of the pages… love this detail! And added small paper clips for some photos.
