Hello Simple Stories friends and Merry Christmas!!!
It's Sophie on the blog today with the cutest little Christmas layout with the Say Cheese Classic Mouse Christmas collection. I also used the Spellbinders-Say Cheese Classic Mouse Collection-Etched Dies-Steamboat Willie Duo and Embellishments to create these beautiful Mickey and Minnie Mouse! Let's see how I made this page.
First, I created a grid and drew nine 3 1/4 inches squares and cut them out of a 12x12 white cardstock to create 9 windows. I machine stitched around each window with white thread. I mounted that cardstock on foam adhesive and placed several patterned papers from the 6x8 paper pad behind each window.
I placed my photo in the center of the layout.
With some cardstock from my stash and patterned papers from the collection, I created two mice; Minnie and Mickey, that I placed on both sides of my photo, as if they were looking at my cute dog Fiona.
My title comes from the Foam Stickers pack. I embellished the page with Foam Stickers, Bits and Pieces die cuts and stickers from the 12x12 Sticker sheet.
Finally, I added a few delicate white branches made with the Spellbinders Say Cheese Classic Mouse collection Embellishments Etched Dies. I handwrote my journaling, added a few Glitter Enamel Dots, and stamped the date.
How I adore this Christmas collection!! As you see, you don't necessarily have to use it with Disney photos!
