Hello friends! I'm Dorymar, and today I want to share with you my excitement for the arrival of autumn. This season is about to start, making it the perfect time to get ready and capture all those special moments it brings. For this, nothing better than the Simple Vintage Autumn Breeze collection by Simple Stories, which stands out for its beauty and autumnal charm.
For this project, I chose the 6x8 Whitewashed Wood Flipbook, ideal for creating memorable memories. On the cover, I combined different patterns along with the decorative elements that Simple Stories offers. The title "Hello Fall", taken from the Foam Stickers pack, was the main touch to welcome the season.
My focus in this project was to highlight the interactive pages. As usual, I used Color Vibe papers, known for their firmness and quality. On this occasion, the colors selected were Pumpkin and Cinnamon, perfect for the autumn theme. The size of the page and the fold on the left side were designed according to the size of the pocket pages, ensuring a harmonious integration. This page includes two flaps and an internal pocket, allowing you to store up to six photographs, providing enough space to preserve the most significant memories of the station.
I always like to include many interactive elements in my projects because this allows me to play with all the fantastic pieces that Simple Stories offers us. On the back of my page, I created a pocket with space for journaling, photos, and more elements. I love adding details, and you can see that I created a beautiful cluster to decorate the front of the pocket, using one of the adorable foxes found in the adhesive brads, along with flowers from the ephemera and the foam stickers. The result was terrific.
Completing the pocket pages is a fundamental stage when creating a project. The careful selection of cards, labels, paper patterns, and decorative elements allows me to achieve a harmonious presentation. It is essential for me that each component is integrated correctly with my photographs, ensuring coherence and balance in the final result.
The second interactive page includes two flaps: a front flap with a pocket and a simple flap. It allows you to place up to five photographs in addition to the journal. Most importantly, you can incorporate a lot of additional elements. This will make your project unique and unforgettable.
