Hi friends,
As the leaves begin to change and the air fills with the crisp scent of autumn, it's the perfect time to cozy up with a new crafting project. I’m thrilled to share my latest Sn@p album, created with Simple Stories’ delightful Cider & Donuts collection. This collection beautifully captures the warmth and charm of fall, from cozy sweaters to pumpkin patches, making it an ideal choice for preserving your favorite autumn memories. Whether you’re documenting a day at the apple orchard or a cozy night in, this project will inspire you to print those photos and get creative!
For this project, I used the brand-new, limited edition Brown binder, and it doesn't disappoint. This rich shade of brown reminds me of hot cocoa—perfect for the season!
To decorate the front cover, I used the diagonal striped Thankful Hearts paper (one of my favorites in the pack!). I cut it to about 6 3/8" x 8 6/8" and machine-stitched the edges with gold thread before adhering it to the album. I then embellished the cover with a title from the Card Sentiments pack, plus a mix of florals and a banner from the Big Bits, Floral Bits, and the Foam Sticker sheet. The final sparkling touches include brads, glitter enamel dots, and a bit of glitter glue for that extra shimmer.
For the inside front and back covers, I added some embellishments to spruce them up, blending rub-ons, stickers, chipboard, and foam stickers. I love the dimension and texture these elements create—it’s such a fun surprise when opening the album!
The cover page features a large book and cup piece along with the Cozy Days foam stickers. I used the brown polka dot paper that came with the album as the background and stitched it with gold thread. Three enamel dots on one of the books and a sticker on another add unique, dimensional touches that are so fun to look at.
On the next page, I created flip-ups using the tag paper, allowing me to fit lots of photos on one page. I used eight tags, adhering them about 1/2" from the right and bottom edges. I trimmed the tags to create space, adding the second tag underneath the first. Although I didn’t think to stitch them together during the build, the brads give the illusion that they’re pinned to a board! I added 2x3" and 2x2" photos, fitting in 11 pictures while leaving one tag for a title. Stickers, glitter glue, and chipboard provide beautiful finishing details.
I adore working with the chipboard frames from many of the collections, especially in mini albums. For this project, I used two frames, adorning them with brads and glitter glue. Instead of punching holes in the frames themselves, I attached a small strip of transparency paper, leaving enough room for the holes. To ensure sturdiness, I stitched the transparency to the back of the frames.
I like to mix up different page types in my albums, so I added a few pocket pages with 3x4" and 4x6" cut-aparts and photos. The glitter glue accents add so much interest to these elements.
My last page is a fun wall collage built with a mix of ephemera pieces. For the shelves, I drew them on a piece of brown polka dot paper from the 6x8 paper pad and fussy cut them, inspired by a large chipboard piece. For a more organic look, I adhered the shelves with foam tape and added glitter accents. On the bottom shelf, I included a small photo measuring 1.5x2".
All in all, this was such a fun album to create! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think—I hope I’ve inspired you to create your own fall-themed album!
Have a fabulous day, Inessa @paperandbling

It’s very cute! Well done! Where I live never “looks like fall” and I don’t have any “littles” at home any more so I don’t really have Fall pictures. But if I did…. Thanks for sharing!
