Hello Simple Stories friends!
It's Sophie @so_scrappy here on the blog today with this new layout to share!
I used the GORGEOUS Simple Stories Open Road collection and decided to highlight a beautiful memory of my daughter's humanitarian trip last summer!
I used a 12x12 cardstock background, then selected 4 of my favorite patterned papers from the 6x8 paper pad, cut them into rectangles and aligned them horizontally across the center of my page.
I added a few strips of colorful papers along the base of my horizontal design to ground everything together.
I placed numerous pretty embellishments from the Die Cut pack, Cardstock Stickers and Journal Bits around my photo.
I used foam sticker words to build my title, and handwrote my journaling on a label.
I adore the rich colors of this collection so much!
