Happy New Year!
It’s Ali from @funadventureswithali, and I’m excited to share an Easter layout I created using the most adorable Say Cheese Classic Pooh Baby collection. Even though we don’t currently have any babies in our family, I am completely in love with this sweet collection. The bright pastels were perfect for documenting our Easter photos from a couple of years ago.

We always spend Easter at my parents’ house, where we play Tsougrisma (crack eggs), open our baskets, and enjoy a wonderful Easter meal that my parents prepare. Those traditions made these photos extra special to scrapbook.

For the background, I chose the plaid paper with all the Easter colors and layered a sheet of yellow paper on top. I used my corner rounder to soften the edges. I then selected three different patterned papers from the 6x8 paper pad that matched the colors we wore in the photos. I cut nine small banners, stacking three papers at a time to make sure they were all the same shape. Each banner was hand-stitched, which adds so much texture to the page.

I popped my two photos up using crafty foam tape and began embellishing around them. I added a large flower piece from the Simple Page Pieces package to one photo corner, using foam squares for extra dimension. My title, Happy Together, was also adhered with foam tape. On the opposite photo corner, I added a flower sticker and a flower chipboard sticker—both popped up with foam tape. I love how the flowers frame the photos so beautifully.

For journaling, I added a cute tab with bees and flowers after stamping the date on it. I also added a small tab at the top to note that the photos were from Easter. To finish the layout, I used the pretty glitter enamel dots and placed them in the centers of the flowers. They really make the flowers pop and add the perfect touch of sparkle.

So even if you don’t have any baby photos to scrapbook, you need this adorable Pooh collection. The colors and florals make it so versatile—you can use it for so many different themes, just like I did for Easter.

I hope you’re having a fun and crafty January!
Love,
Ali 💛
