Boo!
Can you believe it...it will soon be Halloween! How crazy is that!
Just you wait till you see how stinking cute this new collection is by Simple Stories!! It’s called Boo Crew and is absolutely bursting full of the most fabulous ghosts and ghouls, perfect for your Halloween memories!!
I chose the Black 6x8 Sn@p! Binder to use, it works perfectly! I started by covering the front of the binder in the stripe 12x12 paper which is from the collection kit I also tied some bright orange ribbon around the binder which is a good way to tie all the colours in.
I really enjoy decorating the fronts of my binders and like to layer up as much as possible, to me it’s all about the extra details, have you seen the new self adhesive brads??? they’re perfect for just this!! I’ve dotted them all around along with some enamel dots!
I layer up a mixture of stickers, bits and pieces and chipboard pieces, using foam sticky pads to give even more depth!
Inside my albums I enjoy making a mixture of different sized pages, full pages, 6x4s and I also love the insta 2x2 pocket pages!
On this full page I’ve used tags from the new 12x12 cut a part sheet
Here’s the insta 2x2 pocket page! I literally cut out all the pieces, choose which ones I want to use, draw around the edge of each one and then place in a pattern that makes me smile! Simple!! ...but effective!
Here are a couple of 4x6 cards I’ve done and you’ll notice the giant pumpkin I’ve used, I just cut this image out from one of the cut a part sheets and backed it with foam sticky pads.
The second full page I decorated with the 4x6 cut a part as I just loved it so much, I had to make a feature out of it!
The last picture I’d like to share with you today is a set of 4x6 cards, I’ve used one of the journaling pieces and then the wickedly wonderful witch chipboard piece on one of the cards and then on the other I went all out pumpkin!!
This collection is just so fun!! You’re going to love it!!
Hope I’ve given you a few ideas of different ways it can be used.
