Hey crafty besties! Cheryl here today with a mini album featuring the amazing new Harvest Market collection.
It’s finally autumn over here and it’s getting colder, so crafting with this collection with a cup of tea was so incredibly perfect! As soon as I saw this ‘market stall’ chipboard frame I knew I wanted to make some sort of market/shop front. And because it’s a frame I simply had to add sequins from my stash and turn it into a shaker. I honestly can’t leave frames alone.. they will forever be turned into shakers!
I decided to create a mini album that opens from the back, rather than the front like traditional albums - think of a manga and how you start on the last page and move your way to the front. And rather than a normal album that opens sideways this one opens from the top! Simply remove the sleeve and flip the chipboard cover towards you.
I used patterned paper to wrap my chipboard pieces and used Color Vibe cardstock for the inside lining, as well as all of my pages. I added a pocket and some flip up pages for more interest. I then used my favourite patterned paper, trimmed it down and added them to my pages of my album. I love the variety of fun colours of Harvest Market!
Some of the pages are decorated, because I couldn’t not use all of the amazing embellishments. I mean who can resist cute pumpkin stickers?! I also left space on some of the pages for journalling or photos for all of our amazing fall memories!
It’s the perfect little album to document your day out on a pumpkin patch or just a beautiful autumn day!
