Hello Simple Stories Friends!
It's Nathalie with you today to share new inspiration featuring the gorgeous Simple Vintage Autumn Breeze collection. I just love this collection, it is perfect to document all your Fall memories in style with gorgeous designs, rich vibrant colors, and a layered style you are going to love, too. Let me show you what I have created with it.
As soon as I saw the Cozy Season paper, the idea of separating and reimagining the ticket formation was formed. I wanted to bring texture and layers to the page this way,
I separated about 2/3 of all the tickets in the paper, making sure to punch holes and add a bit of distress to the edges of the tickets. Once I had them ready, I set the Pearl Gingham paper for my page base and decided to adhere the stickers in a different formation so that they appeared as if they are layered and overlapping each other.
The tickets were set on the center of the page, making sure that they form a semi-straight edge on all edges. I made sure that the tickets showcase all the colors and design available in the paper. Once they were in place, then it was time to work on my photo
I wanted to continue the layered look of the collection. So, I am using pieces from the large pieces ephemera pack, 4x4 cards, and pieces of paper from the 6x8 paper pad to create the layers behind the photo. I set the photo on the center of the layout, then worked on adding embellishments around it.
To continue the scene in the photo, I decided to create a cascade of leaves around the photo. I added a few of the leaves from the sticker sheet, and floral ephemera, filling the spaces in between them with some sentiments and hearts from the collection's rub-ons.
I am taking advantage of the sentiments in the Foam and Chipboard stickers to create the title for this layout below the bottom right corner of the photo. I added a few more leaves and rub-on images to bring the page all together.
