Noteworthy
Hi everyone! It is Ali, @funadventureswithali sharing a layout with you for the Simple Stories Design Team using their noteworthy collection. I thought this would be the perfect collection to document the announcement of the 2024 Simple Stories design team.
I used two different border punches for this page. I punched a scallop border with the pretty pink paper and tucked it under the flowered paper on the left-hand side. I selected 6 different papers from the 6x8 paper pad to use for my background. I love using the paper pad papers because of the smaller scale designs on them. I punched some of the pieces with my notebook border punch, so it looks like little notes are tucked behind the photo.
I embellished with a couple chipboard stickers, enamel dots and some pieces from the ephemera package.
I love the journaling bits package. If you have a hard time journaling on your pages these journaling bits make it very simple and easy to do. It is always nice to document noteworthy events in life. If you don’t like your own handwriting, you can always type it out on a computer. I journaled on the computer and printed on clear sticker labels and layered it over my ephemera bit. I topped off my journaling with that cute little pencil.
I topped the page off with my favorite foam stickers. They are just so gorgeous and make adding a title to your page so easy. I am very happy and excited to share my noteworthy experience with you all!
Happy crafting my friends!
Love, Ali
