Trick or Treat! by Dorymar Perez

Trick or Treat! by Dorymar Perez

Hello friends, It’s Dorymar today with a terrific album!!! Halloween is around the corner and it’s time for spooktacular photos and activities. When I saw the new Simple Vintage Oct 31st collection, I fell in love instantly.  I love every single piece in this collection, the colors, the vintage look, the children with the old fashion costumes are FANTASTIC.  This collection transported me to my childhood.

All the Simple Vintage collections inspire me to play with textures and this one was not the exception. I worked the cover with some yeso and a stencil from my stash to create a brick wall as a background. At the top, I played with ribbons, brads, sequins, doilies, and the beautiful elements included in the collection.

One of the elements that I liked most about the Simple Stories collections are the chipboard frames, they are very useful, and I love using them to create shakers. On the cover, I used one of them and on the inside I added the most appropriate 3x4 cards to complete the title of my project. Inside I placed the sequins, and this gave a very fun look to the project.

This is one of my favorite pages in the project, it is an interactive insert page with three pockets (up, front and side), and also a flap with more space for photos. All decorated with stickers, brads, die cuts, ribbons and more. It’s fantastic!

Here are some pages full of details and fun effects. Lots of pockets, flap, textures, and gorgeous elements.  This collection is flawless!

Pockets, inserts, and fun décor it’s a joy create with this collection.

I used an embroidered stamp borders to create more vintage look on my décor.

I had a super fun time creating this project, I hope to inspire you to use the new SIMPLE VINTAGE OCT 31ST collection, because it’s FANTASTIC!!!

Happy crafting!
