Creative Space

Creative Space
Hello friends, it’s @vickiscraps with you today to share a super fun layout I made with the Crafty Things collection. I wanted to use the reverse of the journal elements paper which is a craft mat as my base and recreate my craft space.

I cut a 7x7 inch piece of white watercolour paper to represent the project I’m making on my desk and added some watercolour paint to it to create a background for a layout.

On the 2x2/4x4 and 4x6 elements papers, there are super cute reproductions of the Bits and Pieces packs which I cut out. For the pack you see on the top layer of the layout, I covered it in some plastic packaging to make it look unopened and more dimensional.

I cut some 3x4 inch pieces of paper from the 6x8 paper pad and arranged them in a fan to represent the patterned paper I would use for my imaginary layout. My photo is of a 3D sign I have in my craft room and I think it is perfect for this layout.

I layered lots of bits and pieces around the page, including die cuts, chipboard pieces and a brad wrapped in waxed thread.

Finally, I created a title using a foam sticker and the Alpha Bits & Pieces - Creative Space.

I had such fun creating this layout - I hope it gives you some inspiration for your own album.
Thanks for looking, Vicki x
