Happy Crafty Life!
Hello Friends, It's Dorymar sharing a fun, creative, and colorful album today. Whenever I see a crafty-themed scrapbook collection, I love to have it, but with the "Crafty Things" collection, I feel very excited, in love, and crazy. Many ideas came to my head, and I decided to recapitulate my crafty life with this project. Let's take a look!
The collection includes many elements from which to choose and create beautiful pages. For my cover, I made an attractive cluster with the die cuts of the tools we all have in the house. I also used flowers, stickers and thread that cannot be missing in my projects. As a title for my project, I used the words included in the foam stickers and the alphabet bits the collection contains. These alphabet bits were phenomenal because they helped me divide my project into the stages of my life as a crafty girl. You'll see it later.
I used the Color Vibe Bubblegum and Lilac cardstock to match the collection. I also used gold glitter cardstock from my stash. I created a pocket on the inside of the cover and decorated it with items included in the collection. Inside the pocket, I added a card and tag from the collection papers to add my journal.
For my first page, I cut one of the album pages into a semicircle, then created a few layers with paper and decorated them. As a final touch and first presentation of my album, I added one of my favorite pictures of me in my craft room.
I love creating, and the page on the right is like seeing a miniature version of my work area when I start working. The cutting mat paper is one of my favorites in this collection.
I love to fill out my pocket pages and create my 6x8 layouts!
The new Big Bits are fantastic, and my favorite in this collection is the craft station. I found it perfect for creating the presentation page for the photos of my scrapbook room. As you can see, I adhered elements of the bits and pieces with foam tape to add dimension. I also used washi tape to create borders and color. They look awesome!
Details, and cute stuff!
I’m in love with the Alphabet Bits! They are FANTASTIC!
I love all the pages of this project, but the Snap album page couldn't be missing. It's what I work during the year. I wanted to capture how I placed my pieces before creating, and I loved the result.
I used one of the 6x8 pocket pages to recreate my Stoney Clover crafty pouch! Isn't it beautiful?
I enjoyed working on this project with the "Crafty Things" collection. I hope it inspires you to use it and go find it. It is a collection you need to have and work on to document your fantastic crafty life.
Have fun!
