Hello Friends, It’s Dorymar today! I can’t believe it’s almost Christmas time, WOW! One of my favorite seasons. Today, I’m sharing a magical project with the new Simple Vintage ‘Tis the Season Collection. This Collection is FANTASTIC! Let’s take a look!
For this quarter, Simple Stories offers a new limited-edition Sn@p binder color, Cranberry. This color is perfect for this season and matches perfectly with this collection. Well, I decided to use it!
On the cover, I created several layers using patterned papers and chipboard frames. Since I love creating layers and textures with frames, I made some beautiful shakers. Then, I added some flowers from the ephemera and chipboard pieces. For the title, I used pieces from the chipboard clusters and a 6x12 chipboard pack. As a finishing touch, I added ribbon, twine, and brads. I love the result!
On the inside of the cover with the “Currant” paper, I created a double pocket with front and side access. I used one of the Sn@p Pages to make journal inserts. I decorate with the beautiful elements of the collection.
I love to play with frames, clusters, chipboards, tags, etc., to create fun textures, dimensions, and interactive fun things in my albums. Simple Stories always offers the perfect elements for that. Look how great my pages look.
Tags are always the perfect addition to my albums! I love them!
I used one of the graphics in the journaling cards to create the page on the right. For the background, I used several pieces of paper and added a small letter envelope as a pocket. I placed cards and tags inside. To decorate, I used bits and pieces, stickers, clusters, ribbons, brads, etc.
I dedicated this Sn@p page to document 12 days before Christmas! The plan is to take one photo daily and place it in each space. So fun!
This album is full of details and space for photos. Each piece included in this collection is perfectly designed. Is fantastic!
