Hello, Nicole here today to share a single page layout with the All Wrapped Collection.
I love taking online classes and I used a sketch from a recent class that really focused on building patterns with small pieces. The 6x8 All Wrapped Up paper pad was perfect for this, as the patterns are scaled down. I cut all my wonky shapes and arranged them so that I had one of each pattern in the rows and columns - like a scrappy version of sudoku.
I then added hand stitching in white and moved on to the fun part - embellishments! My photos are edited into a collage, and I left some of the white photo paper to act as a mat. I then started tucking in larger pieces from the Journal Bits. I printed my typed journaling on one of the cards from the pack as well.
The Foam Stickers were a perfect solution for a title and I used the small holly pieces from the Foam Stickers to sprinkle around my photo in a traditional visual triangle. I finished off with enamel dots to fill in with some more color and interest.
