Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today sharing my first layout using the gorgeous Life Captured collection. Here's my page:

The chipboard frames are always a favorite of mine and I wanted to use them in a non-traditional way for this layout. So I cut them up!! I originally wanted them cascading down the center of my page but when I was arranging them, I wasn't too fond of the design so I played with them a bit and ended up adhering them to the sides of my paper. I ended up using the B side of the December paper as my base, I just love the pink ledger design!

Here's another shot of the frames. I love how they turned out!
For my title, I chose a few phrases from the Foam Stickers and arranged it around my photo that I placed right in the center. I matted my photo using a few papers from the 6x8 paper pad to add some extra color and pattern.

Not only did the frames add extra texture and dimension to my layout, but it also gave me fun little places to add extra embellishments. I added a chipboard floral sticker to this frame group and I layered some Journaling Bits under my photo.

To this embellishment cluster, I added a text sticker from the cardstock sticker sheet and I also sprinkled in a few of the decorative brads. They're perfect for adding extra color to any cluster.

This collection has the prettiest colors and it's perfect to document everyday moments. My photo is of my youngest son when we went out to lunch during the Summer. I love how the colors in the photo match this collection so nicely.

Here's one more shot of my layout:

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that I've inspired you in some way today! These chipboard frames are so versatile, have you tried cutting yours apart to use in a different way? I hope you give it a go! See you next time friends!
