Hello, Pumpkin! by Brianna Lepper

Hello, Pumpkin! by Brianna Lepper
Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today sharing a new layout using the absolutely stunning Simple Vintage October 31st collection. I love Halloween and this collection has no shortage of the cutest elements to document your spooky memories! Here's my page:

Before I even started my layout, I knew I wanted a dark background as my base. So, I used the coordinating Black Cat black paper and sprayed white acrylic paint loosely around the page. To give it more color, I ink blended a few Distress Oxide inks in coordinating my colors right onto the white paint. And for some extra pattern, I trimmed down the Boo To You paper and added it to the sides of the page.

I was completely inspired by both the Chipboard Frames and Chipboard Clusters this time around, so I layered a few up and built everything right on top of them.

This cat ephemera piece looked great layered on one of the frames and even though my photo is of my dog Luna, they still went with the whole layout. I also added in more of the Bits + Pieces like the "Boo To You" circle piece.

The Washi Tape set is adorable and by adding it to my layout in a couple of different spots allowed my page to have a few more patterns and colors. Next, I matted my photo using the 6x8 paper pad and adhered it right on top of the chipboard frames. And how cute are those chipboard bats??!

For my title, I used the "Hello Pumpkin" phrase from the Ephemera Bits + Pieces pack and it fit perfectly right on top of my photo. I just love how all of the layers look together. There's so much to see and all of these pieces are just so gorgeous.

The chipboard banner sticker was one of my favorite pieces and I just had to add it to my layout. As some finishing touches, I added more bat stickers and a few of the Decorative Brads to my clusters.

Here's one more look at this cute Halloweenie page:

Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope that I've inspired you in some way! Have you had a chance to try layering up a few different chipboard frames together? They look so pretty stacked on top of each other, and they create a nice background for your photos and embellishments! Have a great weekend friend and I'll see you in my next post!
