Hello Simple Stories friends, it’s Becki here, to share a layout with you that I created using the brand-new Color Vibe products. I have been SO excited for these products. I was giddy when they landed on my doorstep. I started creating with them just after I ripped the box open! The first product I was drawn to was the flower bits. Of course, I had to use the bold colors because they’re such beautiful fall colors. I’m anxiously awaiting fall! It’s my favorite season.
I wanted to use as many flowers as I possibly could on this layout and put those flowers in rainbow order. As I started playing with the flowers, I fell in love with a rainbow wreath design.
These flowers are PERFECT for layering. I added foam adhesive under each layer. Another way I added dimension was to slightly bend the petals of the flowers. This layout has tons of texture and dimension!
The new Color Vibe buttons are amazing! I couldn’t wait to add them to the center of the flowers. Before I adhered them to the flowers, I added some white thread to the buttonholes.
As a final finishing touch, I added some enamel dots. I placed the enamel dots near or on the same color of flower or leaves.
I love how this project came together. I love it so much that I’m going to hang it up in my office for a little while before it goes into an album. The new Color Vibe products make me SO excited to create! There are endless possibilities with these new products. I cannot wait to see what YOU create with them.
