All Good Things! by Loredana Bucaria
Hello Simple Stories fans, ohh yes it’s October and Autumn is coming here in Italy, I feel that fresh breeze and everything surround us is full of orange, brown and yellow, I love these shades of colors.
Autumn is becoming my favorite season!  During this time of the year I like to be at home with my kids or doing some road trips, or going to the mountains.
So let me show you my new page with the gorgeous Harvest Country collection, one of my favorite ever! The colors palette is so so beautiful, perfect for the autumn theme, for document a day picking the right pumpkin, or a morning at home drinking my cup of coffee.
I can’t help but put a piece of each beautiful piece of this collection, from the chipboard frames, to the stickers, to the decorative brads or bits. Amazing things to play with! I have always a lot of fun putting everything on my crafting table and take a long look at them.
So let me show you my page ;)

First of all I spread spray gesso and then yellow and orange colors together to some drops of brown here and there to create my background on the white cardstock.
Then I placed my picture and seeing where it was I used the leaves stencil to add texture to all. Before to place and stick or scotch all I prefer to have the big picture ;) Imagining the final result of my ideas.
I put some pieces of 4 patterned papers and the photo and the chipboard frame up. Then I started adding many different embellishments on the left side of the frame and of the picture creating some levels and a cluster of decorations. Yellow, turquoise, orange, green and brown, wow I am in love with this color palette.

My favorite kind of embellishments are the dimensional stickers! Love them so so much! So there is a mix of foam stickers, chipboards, die cuts, ephemera, decorative brads and enamel dots. Take a look at the following picture to see the details.

In the end I added my handwriting journaling, I tore the left bottom edge to fill it with a patterned paper and to completed the page  with some drops of white acrylic paint here and there.
Here's the page :)

Hope you like it and follow me because I’ll do something more with this gorgeous collection!
Love, Lory
