A Sweet Celebration with Classic Pooh Birthday
This month was extra special for me, it was my son’s 17th birthday! And how perfect that I got to celebrate this milestone with the Classic Pooh Birthday collection. 💛 Filled with the sweetest details of Winnie the Pooh and friends, this line is pure joy and nostalgia all wrapped up in a festive theme.
This project also carries so much meaning for me as a mom. My son recently moved to the United States to chase his dream of playing High School basketball, and I’ve been missing him so much. Creating this layout became a way of holding on to the memories, celebrating his big day, and pouring all my love onto the page. That’s the magic of scrapbooking – it preserves not only the photos, but also the feelings behind them.
For my 12x12 layout, I layered patterned papers, added sweet embellishments, die cuts, brads, and lots of festive touches. I wanted the page to feel colorful, happy, and full of life – just like a birthday party with Pooh and friends!
The finished layout makes me smile every time I look at it. It’s a true celebration of love, memories, and the joy of creating.
